Please note that we do not offer free returns — shipping charges apply.


Can I Return My Order?

Absolutely! You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • All parts and original packaging are intact and in resellable condition.

  • The product shows only normal signs of handling (we cannot accept items damaged through improper use).

  • Items with hygiene considerations must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

  • Any defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your parcel.
If your return meets all requirements, you’ll receive an official acknowledgment via email.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or are returned without following our instructions.


Our Intimates Policy

At Megan Boutique, we take hygiene seriously to ensure that every piece meets the highest standards of care.
For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or lingerie once the packaging has been opened.

We encourage you to double-check sizes, colours, and styles before unsealing your order.
If there’s a defect or an error with your purchase, don’t worry — simply contact us and we’ll make it right.


How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, just follow these steps:

Include the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return or exchange

  • A photo of the product (if damaged)

  • Your first and last name

  • Your address

Once your return is approved, our customer care team will email you detailed return instructions.

⚠️ Please note: In certain cases, returns may need to be sent to our international fulfilment centre.
Always follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to ensure your return is processed correctly.

Do not send returns to the sender’s address without confirmation — customers are responsible for all return shipping costs if items are sent incorrectly.


Return Shipping Fees

If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, wrong size, or colour, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.

If the issue is on us (e.g., damaged, faulty, or incorrect item), we’ll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Since orders are processed automatically, we cannot cancel or refund items while they are in transit. Refunds are only possible once the goods are returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at support@megan-boutique.com  with a clear statement of cancellation.
Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned goods, minus return shipping costs.


Important Information

  • If your order is already in transit, cancellation isn’t possible. Please wait until delivery before requesting a return.

  • To speed up your refund, please share the shipping confirmation once you’ve sent your return parcel.


Consequences of Withdrawal

Once your return or cancellation is processed and the goods are received, we’ll refund all eligible payments (excluding delivery costs, unless you selected a non-standard delivery method).

Refunds are processed within 14 days via the same payment method used for your original order.
