After your order is processed, it’s sent out for delivery. Most parcels arrive within 5–10 working days across Australia.
We do our best to make every delivery smooth, reliable, and on time.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

To keep our prices fair and reduce waste, we collect and ship orders in efficient batches. This helps us serve you while being kind to the planet.

At Megan Boutique, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. For international routes, we often use YunExpress and Yanwen, specialists in global logistics.
Once your package arrives in Australia, delivery is handled by reliable local carriers such as Australia Post, CouriersPlease, Aramex, or UPS, depending on your location and current shipping conditions.

This approach allows us to deliver a smooth, dependable experience from start to finish.

Policy on Returned, Expired, or Misdelivered Orders

If an order is returned to sender, marked as expired, or lost in transit due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details (such as missing apartment numbers, wrong postcodes, or invalid addresses), the order will be non-refundable.

We’re happy to arrange a reshipment once the correct details are provided. In such cases, customers may be required to cover additional shipping costs.
Reshipments will only be processed once the original parcel has been received back at our warehouse (if applicable).
